He concurrently consults for several real estate investment companies, striving to make their sales teams, marketing, and operations teams impeccable.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Angelo’s passion for ultra-endurance running reflects his belief in the power of mental strength and control. Since 2018, he has embraced the challenges of ultramarathons, completing impressive races such as Moab 240, and several 100-mile, 100K, 50-mile, and 50K events. This pursuit showcases not only his physical stamina but also the mental resilience that he applies to every aspect of his life.

In May 2022, Angelo signed into several recruitment partnerships aimed at sourcing the nation's top talent for large iBuyers and other vertically integrated real estate investment firms.
In January 2022, Angelo and his wife, Kimberly Argentieri, launched AKA Search Group. AKA Search Group is a national executive search firm focusing on real estate, investment, and human resource executive searches.
From 2015 through 2018, Angelo served as Managing Director for Buffalo's #1 Executive Search Firm, StraussGroup.
To date, Angelo Argentieri has over 3,000 direct hires for executive search clients to his name.

Ultra Athlete

In October 2023, Angelo competed in the Moab 240 miler, navigating just under 32,000 feet of climbing in a grueling yet scenic course. This personal journey through the race tested his endurance and resilience, marking a significant and personal accomplishment in hisultra-running career.
In August 2022, Angelo successfully completed the challenging UTMB's CCC race in Chamonix, France, an impressive accomplishment that took him through three countries: Italy, France, and Switzerland. During this grueling race, he conquered a total climb of 20,000 feet.
To date, Angelo has completed a 240 miler, several 100 mile footraces, as well as countless 100Ks, 50 milers, and 50Ks.

Real Estate Investor

In January 2022, Angelo launched his real estate investment firm, AKA Home Buyers, in Greenville, SC and in Buffalo, NY.
From 2018 until 2022, Angelo was Vice President for Virginia's largest single-family real estate investment firm. During his time, he transformed the entire sales and marketing strategy for the company, which led to 350% growth in deal count and revenue. From scratch, implemented: Salesforce, in-house cold calling, SMS, YouTube and FB custom targeting, automated follow-up sequencing, and automated KPI and financial reporting.
