Real Estate Investing 

Angelo Argentieri started his real estate investing endeavors back in 2015 in his hometown of Buffalo, NY where he purchased his first two rental properties. While getting their feet wet, Angelo and his wife, Kimberly, were managing all of the renovations, property management, and financing themselves. Both properties exceeded their financial expectations and initial proformas. 

This experience provided Angelo Argentieri with a full understanding of home valuations and renovations which served him well when he relocated to Richmond, VA, to join Frank Cava's team at Cava Companies as Vice President in July 2018. 

In July of 2018, Angelo Argentieri joined Frank Cava's single-family real estate investment company as a Vice President and as the 13th employee. Prior to Angelo's departure, Frank and Angelo scaled the company from 13 employees to over 45 employees and from 10 deals per month, to well over 30 deals per month. 

As Vice President, Angelo was responsible for the company's sales, sales operations, lead generation, turnkey sales, recruiting, and marketing. 

He departed in January 2022 to start his own executive search firm, AKA Search Group, in Greenville, SC. 

In October 2022, Angelo was brought on to lead and serve as CEO of Sierra Homebuyers.

Sierra Homebuyers is Reno's largest single-family real estate investment firm purchasing over 150 houses annually.
